Defeat Those Dastardly Weeds
from: Lawn and Garden MagicWeeds that invade your grass can make years of hard work go to waste, which makes them a gardener's mortal enemy. Indeed, few things are more frustrating to a garden who's spend many to establish and beautify their garden than to have it destroyed by unwanted plants never intended to grow. If left unchecked, grass weeds will easily do their dastardly deeds.
Gardeners are committed to the task of defeating the growth of grass weeds in or to preserve their garden's beauty as well as its very existence. Here's why stopping the growth of grass weeds is so important.
* If they're able to to spread, weeds will quickly take over your garden making it a weed paradise. Your plants will have a confined space which makes it dificult for proper growth.
* Wweeds are aggreassive nutrient-stealers that rob your plants of the essential nutrients needed for optimal growth. Weeds compete for every bit of nutrient produced by or added to the soil. This leaves your plants undernourished and could potentially leave them in bad health.
* Weeds destroy the beauty of your garden setup.
* Weeds promote the infestation of pests dangerous to your plants which eat up the leaves, flowers, fruits and even the roots of your plants, causing their rapid decay. In addition, weeds promote the infestation of creatures that can be dangerous to humans. Snakes, scorpions, mosquitoes and poisonous creatures can establish their base in a field of weeds and put your family at risk.
Weeds should be dealt with early on to effectively eliminate their spread which can be done with diligence, hard work and commitment. Your garden is your territory so protect it against uninvited invaders.
